- Transport Canada's Air Cargo Security Program - analysis of Canada's approach to air cargo security visavis other major developing countries; risk analysis third party service providers operating at Canadian airports.

- Canada Border Services Agency's Account Receivable Ledger Project - special advisor on project management, risk management and change management 

Tanzania -Value for Money Audit of Tanzania Revenue Authority's 2012 procurement of the South Korean's Single Window UNIPASS IT system; project management technical assistance during system configuration and implementation - DANIDA financed.

- Project Management support during the implementation of the TANCIS National Single Window Project (i.e. South Korean UNIPASS Single Window COTS software). This included:  establishing and operating the Project Control Office; preparing, updating the detailed project plan; preparing and controlling the project risk log; establishing a formal change request process; gathering and analyzing KPI data; supporting the project director in improving project governance; final project evaluation and impact assessment.

- Change Management support during the implementation of the TANCIS National Single Window Project including: internal and external training; public education; help desks and call centers; stakeholder consultation; HR impact assessments; Business Process Re-engineering. 

Sierra Leone - Executive-level support to the National Revenue Authority to support the reform and modernization of its Customs and Excise Department.
